Order Cancellation and Return Policy
We hope you’ll love every purchase you make from our website, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order by simply notifying us by email before you receive the goods. In case you have already received your goods, you must return them to us at the address below within 10 days from the date of the order was canceled.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of return, so if your parcel goes missing, you’ll have proof you have sent it. It can usually take up to 2 working days for your return to be delivered back to us. We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return goods in their original condition and inside the original packaging and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original delivery charge if you have paid). The refund typically takes 6-10 working days, depending on your bank/card issuer. All goods will be inspected on return. For reasons of health and hygiene, swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene strip has been removed.
When you return goods to us, please keep in mind to return them with the original invoice otherwise we will not be able to refund your payment. Returns will be at your own expenses.

Customers in Cyprus can exchange their purchases by returning the goods in their original condition and inside the original packaging accompanied with the original invoice. Then we will exchange them according to your email request with an additional delivery charge of €3.
